The brilliant kitchen team, led by Clarksdale Chefs Mike Banks and Carl Jackson, is well known for their creative, innovative Southern cooking style. With a constantly evolving seasonal menu, original cocktails and free live music we invite you to enjoy the best of the South at Levons. Great Food, Great People, Great Times!
Naomi King - OWNER
Naomi's friendly and smiling face is the driving force behind the business. She co-owned a restaurant in Sydney , The Vanguard that , thanks to the talents of Head Chef Sebastian Baay, won a Restaurant & Catering award for Best Entertainment Restaurant. The Vanguard was also listed on Time Magazine's Top 10 Places to see music in the world! The Vanguard hosted many celebrities like Prince, Elvis Costello, Russell Crowe, The Finn Brothers and Toni Collette. Naomi now works closely with the the Levon's kitchen team to design new dishes and her penchant for craft beer ensures you that there is always something special on tap. You can find her most days behind the bar. Originally from Sydney Australia, Naomi was seduced by the Delta and Clarksdale and now calls it home.
Carl Jackson. - CHEF
Carl honed his skills as a lead member of the kitchen team at Morgan Freeman's Madidi. He is creative and disciplined, which is truly a winning combination. Carl's signature dishes at Levon's are Gumbo, Fettucine Filet and Cioppino.
Michael Banks - CHEF
Tough guy and ex-marine Mike is a big softie. Mike has been with Levon's from day one and was an important part of the start up team. Mike is a Grill Master and his steaks are sublime. An interest in Asian cooking and an experimental nature has resulted in some very fine dishes on the Levon's menu. We are truly grateful to have Mike on the team!
